Raghuji Foods offers an online platform that allows users to browse and buy various food products, such as but not limited to Namkeens, pulses, atta, rice, spices, and other comestibles. We organize the sale and delivery of these items to different parts of India ("PAN India").

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All the prices shown on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices include all taxes applicable (such as GST) unless otherwise indicated. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Payment Methods: We charge payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital wallets as facilitated by our payment gateway partners.

Payment Security: We make use of safe, third-party payment gateways. Your credit/debit card details are not stored on our servers.

Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only when you receive an email or notification from us. Raghuji Foods can cancel any order at its will.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Area: We ship to most pincodes in India. You can verify serviceability in your location on the product or checkout page.

Delivery Time: We provide estimated delivery schedules and cannot guarantee the same based on location, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We will try our best to deliver your order within the estimated time.

Delivery Charges: Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be explicitly detailed while you checkout.

Risk of Loss: he risk of loss and title to all goods acquired from us transfer to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier or on direct delivery to your provided address.

6. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel an order prior to its shipment from our warehouse. Once shipped, you cannot cancel an order.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Platform are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

Health & Allergies: You are recommended to scan product labels for ingredients, nutrition facts, and allergen alerts prior to consumption. Raghuji Foods will not be held accountable for any health problems, allergic reactions, or negative effects following the ingestion of its products on account of personal health conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raghuji Foods shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the purchase of our products. Our liability to you for any claim will be limited to the price of the product(s) purchased in the order giving rise to such a claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
