Delivery Charges: Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown during checkout.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title to all goods transfers to you when goods are delivered to the carrier or directly to your provided address.

6. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns for damaged, expired, wrong, or missing items only within 48 hours of delivery. Photo or video proof is required for processing such requests.
