1. General Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is valid for 48 hours (2 days) from the date and time of delivery. If 48 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following situations:
- Damaged Product: The item you received is physically damaged, torn, or has broken packaging.
- Wrong Product: The item you received is different from what you ordered.
- Expired Product: The item you received is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Quality Issue: The item has a significant quality defect (e.g., it is stale, infested, has an unusual smell or taste).
- Missing Items: An item from your order is missing from the delivery package.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or process refunds for:
- Products returned after the 48-hour window.
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless a hidden quality issue is discovered upon opening).
- Returns requested due to a "Non-Defective Return”, Change Of Mind" or "Ordered By Mistake."
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
To initiate a return, replacement, or refund, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

Mandatory: Clear photos and/or a short video of the product in question. This should clearly show the damage, wrong item, expiry date, or quality issue. For missing items, a photo of the received packaging upon delivery is helpful.
4. The Review & Resolution Process
Review: Our customer support team will review your request and the evidence provided within 24-48 business hours.
Notification: We will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your request.
Resolution: If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions based on product availability and your preference:
Replacement: We will dispatch a new, correct unit of the product to you at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not possible or if you prefer a refund, we will process it accordingly.
5. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited through one of the following methods:
Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to the same account (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet) used to make the purchase.
Raghuji Foods Wallet: You can also opt to receive the refund as store credit in your Raghuji Foods wallet for faster processing and future purchases.
6. Product Pickup for Returns
In most cases involving damaged, expired, or quality-issue products, we will not require you to physically return the item. The photographic/video evidence you provide will be sufficient for our internal review.
In the rare event that a physical return is necessary (e.g., for a high-value incorrect item), Raghuji Foods will arrange for a reverse pickup at our own cost. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please log in to your account or contact our customer support team with your Order ID.
If you cancel the order before dispatch, full refund will be initiated immediately.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, it will be treated under the Return Policy guidelines once delivered.
