This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders across India. Raghuji Foods is a brand of Damal Industries Pvt. Ltd., with headquarters located in Faridabad, Haryana.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Haryana, after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.

Dispatch Notification: Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch from our Faridabad warehouse or fulfilment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details and tracking number.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will typically be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship our products to most serviceable pin codes throughout India.

While we strive for extensive coverage, certain remote or less accessible areas may take longer or may not be feasible for delivery. In such rare cases, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.

3. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with reputable national courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and India Post.

The courier partner for your order is selected based on your delivery location and pin code serviceability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination pin code.

The exact shipping fee applicable to your order will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be shown on the website or checkout page. For orders below the applicable threshold, a standard shipping fee may apply.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

  • Metro Cities & Tier 1 Cities: Typically 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Typically 5-7 business days.
  • North-Eastern States, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and remote locations: Typically 7-12 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding national and Haryana state public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, strikes, festivals, promotional events, or factors beyond the control of Raghuji Foods or our courier partners.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number and tracking link.

You can track your order through the courier partner's website using the AWB number.

7. Delivery Process

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order.

Most courier services attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you are unavailable, they may contact you on the registered mobile number.

Some deliveries may require an OTP, sent to your registered mobile number, to be shared with the delivery executive for successful handover.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Any subsequent re-shipping may be chargeable to the customer.

8. Packaging

At Raghuji Foods, we take great care in packaging our consumable products to ensure they reach you in optimal condition while maintaining freshness, hygiene, and product integrity.

We use high-quality, food-safe packaging materials to help prevent damage and contamination during transit.

9. Non-Receipt of Order / Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods: Please inspect the package upon delivery. Do not accept the package if it appears visibly tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged.

If you receive a damaged product, a wrong product, or if an item is missing, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/incorrect item and the original packaging, including the shipping label.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including the correct pin code and a valid contact phone number.

Raghuji Foods will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address change requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can typically be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated under our Returns & Refund Policy where applicable.

12. Policy Updates

Raghuji Foods reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
