1. Order Processing & Dispatch:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Haryana) after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.
Dispatch Notification: Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch from our Faridabad warehouse or fulfilmentcenter, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS. This notification will include your order details and a tracking number.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will typically be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage:
We proudly ship our products to most serviceable pin codes throughout India.
While we strive for extensive coverage, there might be certain remote or less accessible areas where delivery may take longer or might not be feasible. In such rare instances, our customer support team will promptly contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
3. Shipping Partners:
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with reputable national courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, India Post).
The selection of the courier partner for your specific order is based on your delivery location and the serviceability of your pin code.
4. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination (pin code).
The exact shipping fee applicable to your order will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

5. Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Metro Cities & Tier 1 Cities: Typically 3-5 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Typically 5-7 business days.
North-Eastern States, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and other remote locations: Typically 7-12 business days.

"Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding national and Haryana state public holidays.
The delivery times provided are estimates. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, strikes, or other factors beyond the control of Raghuji Foods or our courier partners.
During peak seasons (e.g., festivals, promotional events), deliveries might take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during such times.
6. Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number and a direct link to track your shipment.
You can track the status of your order through the "Track My Order" section on our website or directly on the respective courier partner's website using the AWB number.
7. Delivery Process:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the shipping address you provided at checkout.
We recommend ensuring someone is available at the shipping address to receive the order.
Most courier services will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you are unavailable, they may contact you on the registered mobile number.
Some deliveries might require an OTP (One-Time Password), which will be sent to your registered mobile number, to be shared with the delivery executive for successful handover.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO - Return to Origin). In such cases, any subsequent re-shipping of the order will be chargeable to the customer.
8. Packaging:
At Raghuji Foods, we take great care in packaging our consumable products (namkeens, atta, pulses, rice, etc.) to ensure they reach you in optimal condition, maintaining freshness, hygiene, and product integrity.
We use high-quality, food-safe packaging materials to prevent damage and contamination during transit.
9. Non-Receipt of Order / Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team immediately with your order details so we can investigate.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods: We urge you to inspect the package upon delivery. Please do not accept the package if it appears visibly tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged.
If you receive a product that is damaged, different from what you ordered, or if an item is missing, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number, along with clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/incorrect item and the original packaging (including the shipping label). This will help us resolve the issue swiftly as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including the correct pin code and a valid contact phone number.
Raghuji Foods (Damal Industries Pvt. Ltd.) will not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
